Careers and Higher Education

Students who are successful in Accounting can continue their studies at University or alternatively get an Apprenticeship. Chartered accountants work at the highest levels of business and finance. This could include:

• Director of a blue chip company.
• General management for banks and financial services.
• Partners of accountancy practices.
• Working for charities.

Assessment

100% exam (Paper 1 50% and Paper 2 50%) assessed at end of Year 13:30 hours each.
